- Have good manual dexterity
- Ability to diagnose a problem
- A Secondary School Vocational Diploma (DEP) in diesel mechanics or heavy vehicles is an asset

YOUR MISSION
- Search for required parts using the John Deere computerized system
- Greet our customers with courtesy and evaluate their needs
- Answer customers' phone calls
- Notify customers of the arrival of their parts and, if necessary, ship the order
- Process billing at the counter or by telephone
- Ensure that displays are well stocked and neatly organized
- Place orders for parts and ensure payments
- Check inventories
YOUR ABILITIES
- Have one year of experience in a parts and pieces department
- Have mechanical knowledge
- Be skilled with computers
- Be courteous and comfortable with customer service
- Knowing how to read English, an asset
- Have good interpersonal skills, good judgment, be organized and have a good memory
